As a former hard core athlete, I discovered yoga as a way to heal from personal injury and reduce stress. Along this path, I connected to the purest sense of truth within me. Now I help others by guiding them along the Eight Fold Path of yoga, including meditation and mindfulness for stress reduction. A joint friendly approach to yoga is a safe way to heal body and mind and reconnect to the passion within.
I am a lover of nature, biking, hiking, the beach, organic eats, Young Living essential oils and multicultural everything!
Trained as a teacher, I instruct Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, and Chair yoga along with mindfulness and meditation. I speak at events about the power of a plant based essential oils to support a healthy lifestyle.
